How do I reset my password for my AppNeta account?
Please note this method is for users who use Legacy AppNeta Login.
Users logging in through SSO or the Broadcom Support Portal must reset passwords via the respective methods for each.
In some situations, a customer may need to reset their password in order to log in to AppNeta's portal
Click on the Forgot your Password section:
This will allow the user to enter their email address, and a password reset email will be sent to them.
Please remember to check any Junk mail / Spam folders, in case the password reset email is filtered in error.
An Administrator case also trigger a password reset email:
Administrators do not have the ability to change the password for a user account, however they can create or remove accounts.
