After Spectrum Migration Alarms are not displaying in OneClick Console or Webapp

Issue/Introduction
We have upgraded Spectrum to 21.2.10.
I have 3 OneClick servers. Only 1 shows alarms. The other two the alarms are blank. If I go into Administration -> Debugging and check Alarm Statistics all values are 0.
