Upgrade from 16.0.1 to 16.0.2 freezes

Issue/Introduction

An upgrade from version 16.0.1 to 16.0.2 is being attempted. It however gets stuck at the following point.

7/12/22 4:34 PM (Target) Target "validateNSQL" started.
7/12/22 4:34 PM (Echo) Validating NSQL
7/12/22 4:34 PM (Java) Validating 182 NSQL grid/graph queries...

Cause

Environmental. Most likely queries getting stuck in the DB.

Resolution

A complete rollback followed by a rerun of the upgrade script fixed the issue.
