Issue/Introduction

Want to create a report of current DevTest Enterprise Dashboard usage and know if all the Registries are actively being on use, if there is any traffic running on them.

Environment

All supported DevTest releases.

Component : DevTest Enterprise Dashboard

Cause

N/A

Resolution

From the Enterprise Dashboard, you can run report "Export Registries to Excel" to get this information.

This report shows all Registries connected to the Enterprise Dashboard as well as the last time there was activity on each Registry.

From the gear icon, choose the dropdown then choose Export Registries to Excel.  It will create a file named ExportedHistoricalRegistries.xlsx and put it in the location you have specified on the browser being used.

Additional Information

For the Users, you can pull a report from the DevTest Portal to see their activity.

From the Portal choose Reporting --> Administration --> User Activity.

Refer to section "User Activity Report" in the documentation of the DevTest release you are running.
