Issue/Introduction

Trying to install Symantec Protection Engine for NAS license through the console generates an error "Attempt was made to install invalid license"

Cause

Checking the Symantec Protection Engine service showed that it was stuck in a starting state and not in a running state.

Resolution

Restarted the server.  Validated that the Symantec Protection Engine service showed in a running state.   The license was then able to be installed.
