Issue/Introduction

The Hard Allocation Totals are not updated in the Staffing Plan module unless Allocation exists

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Create a Clarity labor resource
  2. Create a project and add the labor resource created to the Staff tab
  3. Ensure the Default Allocation % is 0%
  4. Go to Staffing Plan and find the resource above
  5. Add some Hard Allocation
  6. Notice the Totals have not been added.
  7. Add some Allocation
  8. Notice the Totals have been added for both Allocation and Hard Allocation
  9. Remove the Allocation figure

Expected Results: Hard Allocation Totals to be updated even if there is no allocation

Actual results: The Hard Allocation Totals are not updated unless there is some allocation too
