Nolio RA 6.7 service doesn't stop with command "service NolioASAP stop"

Issue/Introduction

While trying to stop the service using service NolioASAP stop the service doesn't stop and keeps running.

service NolioASAP stop
Using CATALINA_BASE:   /opt/Broadcom/ReleaseAutomationServer
Using CATALINA_HOME:   /opt/Broadcom/ReleaseAutomationServer
Using CATALINA_TMPDIR: /opt/Broadcom/ReleaseAutomationServer/temp
Using JRE_HOME:        ./jre
Using CLASSPATH:       /opt/Broadcom/ReleaseAutomationServer/bin/bootstrap.jar:/opt/Broadcom/ReleaseAutomationServer/bin/tomcat-juli.jar
Using CATALINA_OPTS:
Using CATALINA_PID:    ./catalina.pid
Tomcat did not stop in time.
PID file was not removed.

service NolioASAP status => Shows service running

 

Environment

Release : 6.7

Component : CA RELEASE AUTOMATION CORE

Cause

It's an accepted defect in release 6.7.0.576

Resolution

The fix will be release in CARA version 6.7.7 and 6.8
