You wish to know what version of the Stargate Engine your Symantec Protection Engine (SPE) is running

Environment

SPE 9.x

Resolution

To find the version of Stargate that your SPE is running, perform the following steps

1. Navigate to <SPE_INSTALL_FOLDER> (on Windows) or <SPE_INSTALL_FOLDER>/bin (on Linux)
2. Open the report.xml file
3. Search for, and review, the tag StargateVersion
