Update to snmpcollector probe 4.06 overwrites DCD files with old level 3.40

Issue/Introduction

The installation of the latest snmpcollector probe 4.06 (dated 2022-03-30) overwrites already installed newer DCD 3.80  (dated 2022-03-09) with the archive package embedded DCD Version 3.40.

Corrected in snmpcollector4.064T3 and later.
