ISS (enhanced ) profile is in disable state

Issue/Introduction

Client want to use the IIS probe but in the Operator Console the IIS profile has the status 'disabled'.

Environment

Release : 20.4

Component : IIS Probe

Resolution

Ran the Below Query from UIM data base

>select * from SSRV2Template  and found that 

pkg_available  column is set to 0 for IIS enahanced profile and where as in working  env it is set to 1

after running mannual SQL update query and changed that value to 1 and restarted te mon _config_service probe  ,now all is working fine .
