Attempted to logon to the MRI Portal mri.broadcom.com
Although all was fine with the logon to Broadcom Support Portal the logon to the MRI Portal still failed with the 'Error Invalid email or password' message.

The cause of the error message in the MRI Portal was because for some Users in the Broadcom Support Portal the internal profile has not been updated correctly.
The following steps should fix the problem in the MRI Portal:
. The password has to be changed in the Broadcom Support Portal so the internal profile will be updated.
. Clear the Chrome cache to reset any reference to the MRI Portal.
. Access the MRI Portal with the new password.
