Spectrum WebApp intermittently fails to log in

After increasing the resources on the OneClick servers that provide webapp functionality, the WebApp intermittently takes a long time to log.  This initially was seen on all 8 servers but shortly after the problem only remains on 1 and has remained.

The problem only occurs when the OC server is in the load balancer. 

webapp threads showed no webswing problem when analyzed by the webswing team.

The customer eventually found that a virtual load balancer thought to be retired was still active and interfering with the webApp.



Remove the second load balancing application that may be interfering with the OneClick server when in the load balancer.
