Issue/Introduction

False Exceeded SLA Alert when target job completes just before late time, when there is an Autosys/CA7 cross instance jobstream.

Cause

This can occur if the Autosys target job completes on time, but AAI still has not process all of the upstream CA7 events at the time the Late Time is breached. 

Resolution

Resolved in 6.4.2-4. and later.

Previously AAI would wait a period of time to verify all cross instance CA7 job runs before marking the jobstream complete. 

In 6.4.2-4 AAI will now mark the jobstream complete after the target job completes.
