On upgrade to PAM version 4.1 the custom Organization logo is reverted to Symantec logo

Issue/Introduction

On upgrade to PAM version 4.1, the custom organization logo is reverted  to Symantec logo.

Environment

Release : 4.1

Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Cause

High level cause will be updated post Engineering input.  -Pending 

Resolution

This logo reverting issue has been fixed via an Engineering case #DE537351 and the fix will be made available in upcoming PAM release 4.1.1 and higher.  PAM release 4.1.1 will be made GA (Generally Available) in August of 2022.
