Email Configuration in CA Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

Today we implemented email configuration in CA Spectrum Prod environment.

NOTIFIER.OUT is showing below message

SetScript: Line 320: mail: command not found

 

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component :SPCAPP : Spectrum Applications

Cause

Mail client is not configured locally 

Resolution

NOTIFIER.OUT is showing below message

SetScript: Line 320: mail: command not found

Please configure the mail client (Example sendmail / mail)
