Linkedin not working in isolation mode

Issue/Introduction

When in isolation mode, Linkedin is stuck at loading. The following screen is observed in the browser:

Environment

Web Isolation: 1.13, 1.14, 1.15

 

Cause

Software defect - BAL-3207/BAL-3204

Resolution

- For Web Isolation on-premise migrate to Web Isolation Cloud 1.16
- If migration to Web Isolation Cloud is not feasible, create a rule to PASS the traffic for the Linkedin CDN domain: *.licdn.com 
- If the Web Isolation Cloud instance is still on 1.15, create a rule to PASS the traffic for the Linkedin CDN domain: *.licdn.com 
- For on-premise Web Isolation that runs 1.15 and below create a rule to PASS the traffic for the Linkedin CDN domain: *.licdn.com

Additional Information

Due to complexifty of the fix, it will not be backported to 1.13, 1.14, 1.15
