Project Overall status value is not updated after deleting the status report instance

Issue/Introduction

1. Login as admin/admin

2. Create a project and create a status report and make it final.

3. Ensure the project health badge is updated to 'On Track'.

4.Now delete the above status report 

5. Observe that project health badge is not updated - Not Expected
