Issue/Introduction

Noticed several error exceptions in the "nim-sm-core" pod.  

Observations:

1. The payload from OI to Remedy looks correct.

2. When an alarm is 'Cleared' in OI, the ticket in Remedy is not 'Resolved'.

3. When a ticket in Remedy is 'Resolved', the alarm in OI is not 'Cleared'

Resolution

Issue has been fixed. Broadcom Engineering provided a new image with the X-AR-Client-Type:34 header enabled.
