Rally: FedRamp Milestone Charts missing

Issue/Introduction

Milestones have charts (burn up and cumulative flow) at an individual milestone level but we do not see them.

Milestone charts are based on Lookback API which is not available in FedRamp.  Therefore the milestone charts are not available in the FedRamp environment.
