Service failed to start with error "Unable to execute Java command"

Issue/Introduction

ITPAM service failed to start with below error in c2ow.log file: 

Environment

Release : 4.3.X

Component : Process Automation

Cause

The java files under C:\program files\java\jdk1.8.0_251\bin are missed, due to this service failed to start.

Resolution

Reinstall same version of Java so that need not to modify the configuration file or update the c2osvcw.conf file to refer valid Java path as mentioned in below KBArticle:

change the Java version being used by the Orchestrator
