Change Request Management portlet no filtering

Issue/Introduction

The Change Request Management portlet is not working.
When filtering by investment, I would expect all the related Change Request object instances to be filtered.
However, no data is returned

Environment

Clarity 16.0.2

Cause

The PMO accelerator items are not installed

Resolution

Admin > Studio > Content Add-Ins > csk addin 
What is the status? Upgrade Ready?
Go to the Items tabs
Filter by the Upgrade Ready items.
If the Change object or portlet is Upgrade Ready, select them and Install them
