An upgrade from 6.7 to 7.3 does not migrate the policy Encrypted Tap object in the Java VPM.

Issue/Introduction

The VPM object Encrypted Tap(e-tap) does not get migrated when an upgrade is done from version 6.7 to 7.3.
After the upgrade to 7.3, the Encrypted Tap object will be shown as "None" in the Java VPM.

Cause

This is a limitation in the legacy Java VPM.
In SG 7.1 , we started supporting "server encrypted tap" and "client encrypted tap" objects as two separate objects in the Java VPM.
The unexpected behavior is occur because, the version 6.7 or prior to 7.1 object does not have the server and client side encrypted tap.

Resolution

The workaround is to use the Web VPM where the Encrypted Tap object does exist under the SSL Access Layer's Action object list and below is the screenshot of it.
