Fail to Applying certificate to Service Desk from CASM-Configurator

Issue/Introduction

Hi all

We are trying to apply the certificate with the CASM-configurator, but its fail at "Activate port HTTPS for IIS" Step

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component :

Resolution

We managed to apply the certificate successfully, realizing that we were using an older version of the JRE in the casm_sslconfig.bat.
