Free megabytes reporting incorrectly through monitoring agent on server 2022

Issue/Introduction

The monitoring agent periodically reports the wrong value for the metric Logical Disk - Free Megabytes.  The disk is empty and unused.   Performance Monitor on the server reports it as empty and unused.  Yet Monitor will periodically report that the disk is under 600 MB of free space triggering our alerts.   It usually is only for a short time but other is can last for awhile. We see this behavior on Windows Server 2022 Standard version 21H2. 

Environment

Release: Reported on ITMS 8.5 RU4 with version 11 of the SMA_SMP Cumulative Point Fix installed.

Resolution

Recreating the email task stopped the erroneous alerts.
