Device deletes fails after deploying Operator Console 20.4 - Cumulative Update 3

Issue/Introduction

We are unable to delete devices from OC Inventory after installing OC CU3

Error Displayed:

Release : 20.4

Component : UIM Operator Console - Inventory

Cause

Known problem with  Operator Console 20.4 - Cumulative Update 3

Resolution

1. Deactivate the OC wasp probe
2. Open OC installation location  ~\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\webapps\operatorconsole_portlet\WEB-INF\lib
3. Take backup of the file slf4j-api-1.7.21.jar and DELETE the file
4. Activate OC wasp probe

Note: This issue will be fixed in Cumulative Update 4
