Spool - Printer not processing

Issue/Introduction

Before upgrading to Spool release 14.0, in testing release 12.0, using IVP, found were all the jobs queued in the Spool printer and Printer in a drained state.

When a "Y" was put into action, seen was a list of jobs that stayed there and email was not received using an IVP job.

An "S" was issued for an action to start the Printer, and there was no progress in printer status.

Cause

The printer was not serving the same class the files were created.

The printer was serving class 9 but the files had class A.

Resolution

Take one of the following actions:

1) Update the printer definition to include the class A (for example: CLASS=9A)

2) Change the class of the file to 9
