alarm_enrichment queue is not processing any messages / queue is building up

Issue/Introduction

We noticed a problem today that the alarm_enrichment queue on the primary hub is not processing any alarms.

When I check the alarm_enrichment queue status from the hub probe, the 'Queued' count keeps increasing, but the 'Sent' count is not changing.

Environment

Release : 20.4

Component : UIM NAS

Cause

nas log has:
nas: PREPROCESSOR ERROR: cannot open scripts/<script name>: No such file or directory

Resolution

It the error lists many different scripts restore a backup copy of the scripts folder $\Nimsoft\probes\service\nas\scripts.
If the error always mentions the same script, ensure the script is still there and has the correct name.
