Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to connect from a Clarity SaaS application to a Jira instance located in an organization's intranet? Does it help if the internal / private IP addresses of the Clarity SaaS application are made available for this purpose?

Resolution

It is not possible to communicate from a Clarity SaaS system to a third-party system hosted in an intranet. An intermediary server will need to be used, that is capable of forwarding the information to the third-party application in the intranet.
