Issue/Introduction

Service Desk 17.3

When generating report in Infoview is showing the following message

 

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component : SDM - Reporting/BOXI/JasperSoft

Resolution

Support for BOXI ended in 2018.  It is not tested or supported with Service Desk 17.3.  Recommend converting to the Jaspersoft reporting service.
