Issue/Introduction

Using CSM (MSM) to download CA-7 media (via CARS selection) encounters the failure:

java.net.URISyntaxException: Illegal character in query at index 122

Cause

CA-7 component packaging problem

Resolution

The removal of WAM as one of the CA-7 packaging components corrected the problem condition.
