Issue/Introduction

Upgraded the helpdesk connector to V 1.2.1.  When resolving a ticket, the associated SOI alert did not auto-clear.  

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Resolution

The issue is resolved by configuring as indicated below from helpdesk.properties file and restart the SOI services. 


Alarm_TicketStaus=resolved
TIMESTAMP_PROPERTY=updatedTimeStamp
#TIMESTAMP_PROPERTY=closureTimeStamp
