Model is dynamically changing from one model type to another in Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

We have models that were initially modeled using the WWPacketsDev model type that have dynamically changed to using the GnSNMPDev model type causing a "Model created is not the same type as the device" Minor alarm.

Environment

Release : Any

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

Possible database corruption.

Resolution

Reinitialized the SpectroSERVER to a known good backup.
