Special characters are escaped inconsistently in New UX

Issue/Introduction

Special characters are escaped only when you edit the name in the grid layout, if the name is updated in the fly out details it remains intact. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to New UI -> Projects grid layout
2. Edit the name of any project as 'my project will take <300 and >200 days> to complete!' from grid layout
3. Now Edit the name of another project as 'my project will take <300 and >200 days> to complete!' from flyout details 

Expected Results: Special characters should be escaped consistently from Grid and Flyout details
Actual Results: Special characters are escaped only when updated through grid layout
