Issue/Introduction

Recurrent 120 minute time out when attempting to download all Common Services r15.0 PTFs via "https://eapi.broadcom.com/receiveorder" 

Environment

Release :  Common Services for z/OS 15.0

Component : RECEIVE ORDER

Cause

• Slow response possibly due to
  • the number of fixes included in the subset of the maintenance
  • network or system delays    

Resolution

• Customer was advised to change the RECEIVE ORDER parms from CONTENT(ALL) to CONTENT(CRITICAL) 
• Reduce the size of the subset of maintenance received
• Assuming a successful result
  • Retry CONTENT(ALL) to receive the remaining maintenance
