I am getting an error in my Dev lab of TDM 4.10.X trying to create a new generator

Issue/Introduction

I have just installed TDM 4.10 along with the latest patch in my lab.
I was trying to test creating a new generator but I am getting the below error.
Select Project level configuration has 3 levels., but not matched the required configuration

I tried this on multiple projects and received the same error

Environment

TDM 
Test Data Manager 4.10.X version

Cause

This is a data issue with the sample data sent out with the TDM Poral application.
The cause is missing data in the project information that can be seen in datamaker

Resolution

Create a new project and then create a generator and you will not received the error.
