After upgrading Spectrum from 10.4.2.2 to 21.2.10, User and Group models are showing the Administrator License assigned

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading Spectrum from 10.4.2.2 to 21.2.10, User and Group models are showing the Administrator License assigned even though they were not assigned in 10.4.2.2 before the upgrade.

Environment

Release : 21.2.10

Component : Spectrum OneClick

Cause

Issue with OneClick displaying information properly.

Resolution

This issue is address in Spectrum 21.2.10 with the 21.02.10.PTF_21.2.1010.
