Issue/Introduction

We are unable to redirect the ticket from SOI to ServiceNow.

When we are trying to open the created ticket from SOI, expected to open in service now. Instead it is showing an Java IO Exception.

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Resolution

Customer is using SO15850.

Recommend customer upgrade to SOI 4.2 CUM2
