Issue/Introduction

Newly created objects are not visible to add in the workflow. 

Unable to add new objects in the workflow. Adding existing objects are fine. We can see the newly created objects in the folder but when try to add with + Add existing objects - not working as could not see the objects. Also when searching through global search also could not find. Even drag and drop also giving error - An unexpected error occurred. Further details are available in the logfiles.

Resolution

1. Stop all JCPs and JWPs and then delete the indexCache folder.

2. Restart the JCP and JWP processes one at a time, wait 5 minutes in between each start.

3. After that, the new indexCache folder should be created. 

4. Try adding newly created object to workflow or search the object.
