Isolation対象の不特定のサイトが閲覧できない

Issue/Introduction

2022年6月6日より以下の事象が発生しており、Isolation対象の不特定のサイトが閲覧できない状況になっています。

• 「Isolation resource shareddomain.html is not accessible.」が出力されてサイトの閲覧ができない
• 「ブラウザ上が白画面となり」でWeb閲覧ができない

対処方法を教えてください。

Environment

Release : 1.14.39

Component : intermediate certificate

Cause

Web Isolationのオンプレミス環境において設定のプッシュが失敗する、
一部のIsolation対象サイトの閲覧が出来ないという問題が2022年6月6日以降発生しております。
原因は過去に発行したライセンスの中間証明書が期限切れとなった為です。

Resolution

対処方法は、新規にライセンスを弊社のポータルからダウンロードしてインストールするか、
WebIsolationのマネジメントコンソールからライセンスをダウンロードを行うかのどちらかを実施ください。
マネジメントコンソールからライセンスを再度ダウンロードするには以下の手順となります。

1. Browse to the Management console
2. Navigate to System Configuration > Licensing
3. Edit the primary license
4. Select Show more information at the top of the window
5. Have the customer enter their Broadcom Support credentials in the username/password fields
6. Enter their serial number
7. Click the Register button
8. Push policy
