Rest Web Services fails to connect after upgrade to 17.3 RU13

Issue/Introduction

We upgraded the Rest Mobility server from 17.2 to 17.3. Initially (before the RU13 install) it connected to mobile devices and allowed REST Web Services calls. After applying RU13, it fails to connect. (No response from server)

Cause

Duplicate Jars in CXF directory

Resolution

Second cxf-core.jar file was found in the NX_ROOT\java\lib\CXF directory.  

Deleted the older jar cxf-core-3.2.9.jar in favor of newer cxf-core-3.4.5.jar
