Proactive Protection (Behavioral Analysis) Not Installed

Issue/Introduction

SES Complete agent installed on a server, but not all components were installed. Typical installation was selected during the wizard, but only Virus and Spyware Protections and Web And Cloud Access Protection were installed. Network and Host Exploit Mitigation was added via Program and Features and selecting Change to add this component but Proactive Protection module from Control Panel is not listed. In the ICDm Behavioral Analysys shows not installed.

Resolution

Within SES Cloud under Settings > Install packages > Under Operating System there are a few options for OS type.  

When choosing Windows Server, under "Advanced options" server-optimized installation can be selected. 

When Full Installation under (Installation Settings) is selected, everything is installed. If server-optimized installation is chosen, Proactive Protection (Behavioral Analysis) is not installed.
