CAUNZIP consuming over 20 minutes CPU

Issue/Introduction

Running CAUNZIP utility for the first time and it appears to be in a loop. It has consumed over 20 minutes of CPU time and only a few I/Os.

Cause

JCL error...Incorrect specification of ZIPPATH.

Resolution

Remove any quotations around USS path .

Incorrect specification:

CAUNZIP ZIPPATH('/download/acf2')

 

Correct specification:

CAUNZIP ZIPPATH(/download/acf2)
