Spectrum - CAPC Integration for 21.2.10 has an Alarm Metric Family showing incorrect language in Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

We have noticed that after setting up an Alarm Metric Family and when the alarm is generated, the language is incorrect in the events in Spectrum.

 

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Generate a new threshold event in CAPC.

2. Let the Event get synced to Spectrum

3. Spectrum generates the Alarm for the event and the Alarm shows AlarmMetricFamilyName in Chinese language instead of English.

Release : 21.2.10

Component : Spectrum Integrations with CA PC

Cause

WebService does not properly manage the localized Event Properties

Resolution

Please open a support issue and request patch Spectrum_21.02.10.PTF_21.2.1011 

Additional Information

This is scheduled to be fixed out of the box in the next major release of Spectrum,  22.2.1 with ETA later this year.
