Email sent from an external domain is Blocked/Quarantined by Anti-Spam service. Track and Trace result shows the reason as “Dynamic IP Blocklist".

“Dynamic IP Blocklist" is part of the Anti-Spam's Responsive Spam Detection settings, it is a list of public block list that contains information about known spammers.
The sending domain’s IP address was found to be in this Blocklist
The sending domain owner has to request their IP address to be delisted from the blacklists in order to address the issue.
As a temporary workaround, Email Security.Cloud customer has the option to add the IP to the Approved senders .
