Email sent from external domain is Blocked or Quarantined by Anti-Spam service and Track and Trace result shows the reason as “Dynamic IP Blocklist"

“Dynamic IP Blocklist" is part of the Anti-Spam's Response Spam Detection settings. It is a list of public block list that contains information about known spammers.
The sending domain’s IP address was found to be in this Blocklist
The sending domain must have their IP address delisted from the blacklists in order to resolve the issue.
As a temporary workaround, you may whitelist the IP by adding it to the Approved senders list.
