DB migration having implemented localization/translation

Issue/Introduction

We would like to migrate DB from DEV to TEST environment, but we made some changes in localization, via localization clarity functionality in Clarity.
Is it necessary to migrate anything else or only DB?

Release : 16.0.2

Component :

Resolution

The upload package is being stored on the database. So, moving the DB from one system to another is expected to maintain the changes.

Installing patches/upgrading, however requires the changes to be reapplied.
