Issue/Introduction

"Waiting for predecessor" jobs are only visible when looking at the "Unfiltered" view OR when 'Waiting for certificate synchronization” status is unselected within filter.

Example:

1. Create a workflow with dependencies where one job is in ‘Waiting for predecessor’ status

2. Go to Process Monitoring perspective

3. Select Filter view with Task Type ‘All’ and Status ‘All’.

Result: Job in ‘Waiting for predecessor’ is not visible Process Monitoring
