$GD routed console command fails on destination node.

Issue/Introduction

When issuing a:

$GD jes2

display command from a console on systemA to get the status of a job running on systemB.

On systemB, a:

TSS7100E 007 J=JES2 A=acid T=N/A F=CONSOLE - Password Missing    

is received.

Notice that the PROTECTED attribute is used.

Please give it the PROTECTED attribute which means the acid will not have a password.

To add the PROTECTED attribute to a user that already has a password or phrase, issue the following:

TSS REMOVE(acid) PSWDDATA
TSS REMOVE(acid) PHRASDATA
