It is not possible to update the virtual assistant (Chat bot) icon.

Issue/Introduction

When logging into the SDM interface, in the CA Xflow interface > Service Point > Configurations section. In the default section, when attaching an image, it accepts it but does not finish loading.

The following error appears in the F12 Developer Tool > Console tab:

incorrect document syntax

object doesn't support property or method 'includes'

Cause

IE 11 limitation, which is out of support

Resolution

Use Chrome, Edge,  or Firefox browser to change the icon.
