TDM Portal: The scan and rescan of a datamodel cannot be completed

Issue/Introduction

An error is thrown when I try to launch a scan, with or without any inclusion/exclusion. The error seems to only affect Oracle databases connections. This error completely stops us from doing any new masking projects.

The version of the portal tested is 4.10.39

Resolution

The fixed binary isTDMWeb-4.10.49.0.zip . Please note that the very first start of the service after applying the patch will take (noticeable) longer time than usually as the repository will be updated. The next restarts will take usual amount of time.
