After uploading new server certificate to Private Keys, deleting the self-signed certificate, and rebooting, the gateway process is running but not listening on any ports.

Customer updated the gateway interfaces so they matched the IP address Pattern configured in Policy manager -> Manage Listen Ports -> Interfaces.
